As an AI Model Training & Evaluation specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of model performance, ensuring that our AI products deliver high-accuracy results in production environments. You will act as a gatekeeper of quality, refining models until they meet our “India-First” product standards.
To excel in this role, you should be proficient in the following:
Programming Languages: Strong command over Python for building training pipelines and evaluation scripts.
Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model lifecycle management.
OpenAI Tools: Utilizing OpenAI APIs and GPT-based systems to benchmark and evaluate generative outputs.
Experiment Tracking: Familiarity with tools like Weights & Biases or MLflow to monitor training runs and versioning.
Metrics: Deep understanding of precision, recall, F1-score, and perplexity for diverse AI tasks.
Training Orchestration: Managing the training process for large-scale models, including data preparation and hyperparameter tuning.
Performance Benchmarking: Developing rigorous evaluation phases to test the stability and scalability of AI-powered web platforms.
Quality Assurance: Working closely with AI Quality & Evaluation Engineers to identify and fix performance bottlenecks in model outputs.
Cross-Role Collaboration: Collaborating with Generative AI Engineers to fine-tune OpenAI-based systems for specific product needs.
Ethical Auditing: Evaluating models for bias and fairness to ensure compliance with our Responsible AI guidelines.
Interns & Freshers: Graduates with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for deep learning and data rigor.
Experienced Engineers: Professionals with a background in QA or Machine Learning who want to specialize in Model Optimization and Reliability.
Education: Open to candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, Graduation or post graduation .
