As an AI Ethics & Responsible AI specialist, you will develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure our AI models remain unbiased and compliant with global standards. You will act as the moral compass for our product development, ensuring that our “India-First” mission respects privacy and fairness at every level.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and knowledge:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python for auditing model behavior and implementing fairness constraints.
Ethics Toolkits: Familiarity with frameworks like IBM AI Fairness 360, Google’s What-If Tool, or Microsoft’s Fairlearn.
OpenAI & LLM Safety: Understanding of OpenAI’s safety guidelines, moderation APIs, and GPT-based filtering systems.
Policy & Compliance: Deep knowledge of global AI regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical frameworks for Large Language Models.
Algorithmic Auditing: Ability to perform rigorous testing for bias, hallucinations, and safety vulnerabilities in AI outputs.
Policy Development: Designing and maintaining ethical guidelines and safety protocols for all AI-powered web platforms.
Bias Mitigation: Auditing datasets and model outputs to identify and fix discriminatory patterns or unfair biases.
Compliance Management: Ensuring that all Generative AI products align with internal security standards and external legal requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Working with AI Research Engineers and Product Analysts to embed responsible AI practices into the core development lifecycle.
Transparency & Reporting: Developing clear documentation and reports regarding model limitations, risks, and safety measures.
Interns & Freshers: Graduates in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Data Law with a strong analytical focus on the social impact of technology.
Experienced Professionals: AI engineers or legal consultants looking to specialize in AI Governance, Safety, and Trustworthy Systems.
Education: Open to candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, Graduation or post graduation .
