Overview

At String AI India, we are building scalable intelligence that needs to be available 24/7. As a Platform Support specialist, you will be the backbone of our operational stability, ensuring that our AI-powered web services and products run without interruption. You will act as the first line of defense, monitoring system health and providing technical assistance to ensure a seamless experience for all users of our “India-First” ecosystem.

Technical Stack & Competencies

To excel in this role, you should be proficient in platform monitoring and troubleshooting:

  • Operating Systems: Strong command over Linux/Unix environments for server-side troubleshooting.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to monitor hosted AI services.

  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog to track API latency and system uptime.

  • Log Analysis: Proficiency in using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar tools to debug AI model timeouts and errors.

  • Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk to manage and track technical support requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Monitoring: Ensuring 24/7 availability of AI-driven products by proactively monitoring server health and API performance.

  • Incident Management: Identifying and resolving platform-related issues, such as OpenAI API connection failures or backend microservice timeouts.

  • Platform Maintenance: Performing regular system checks and assisting in the deployment of updates to ensure high-performance web platforms.

  • Technical Assistance: Providing high-quality support to end-users and internal teams regarding AI platform features and technical glitches.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Documenting recurring issues and working with AI Product Engineers to drive long-term platform stability.
