To excel in this role, you should be proficient in data analysis and product management tools:
Data Analysis: Strong command over SQL and Excel for high-accuracy data management and reporting.
Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Mixpanel to create product health dashboards.
AI Knowledge: Understanding of OpenAI APIs and LLM metrics (like token usage and response accuracy) to evaluate product performance.
Programming Basics: Basic knowledge of Python to perform automated data analysis and synthesis.
Project Management: Familiarity with Jira or Trello to manage product roadmaps and user stories.
Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for our AI platforms to drive long-term scalability.
User Research: Gathering and interpreting user feedback to define new features for our OpenAI-based products.
Market Intelligence: Conducting competitive research to ensure String AI India remains at the forefront of the AI-first product landscape.
Data-Driven Strategy: Translating complex AI data into actionable insights for AI Product Engineers and stakeholders.
Quality Benchmarking: Working with the AI Quality & Evaluation team to ensure product outputs meet user expectations and ethical standards.
Interns & Freshers: Graduates with an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for AI-first products.
Experienced Professionals: Data analysts or business consultants who want to specialize in the AI & Tech Product Management space.
Education: Open to candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, Graduation or post graduation .
